Private Equity Pasion Funds
As a rule, we invest in companies worldwide through our private equity passion funds and secure a stake in return.
We invest according to a certified due diligence process. The company must be able to present at least three audited annual accounts with a market capitalization of CHF 10 million or more.
A Discounted Cash Flow evaluation of a well-known business enterprise must be able to show the potential of the company. Each fund has a liquidity of at least 25% of the total volume, so that we can react immediately to special situations or redemptions.
Pasion Funds I - Private Equity
Through our Pasion Funds I – private equity, we only invest in companies that are listed on a stock exchange. We accept unlisted shares on the condition that they are digitized in the OTC area and have a share value attached to them. We do not invest in penny stocks.
Pasion Funds II - Venture
Through our Pasion Funds II – venture, we only invest in companies where we receive at least 10% of the share capital.
Pasion Funds III - Capital Gain
Through our Pasion Funds III – capital gain, we invest in liquid stocks whose companies are undervalued on the stock exchange. We focus on companies with market capitalizations between CHF 50 – 500 millions.
